• The operational techniques of oilwell drilling, drilling calculations and completion and wireline well servicing

• The function and construction of a representative selection of tools and equipment used in the drilling of oil and gas wells, the completion and wireline well-servicing of oil and gas wells and to provide guidance and practice in all of the important calculations required during drilling operations.
