The approach is practical rather than theoretical and, where possible, courses are related directly to the work experience of candidates. The full syllabus, specimen question papers and examination regulations are published in the Guide to the NEBOSH National General Certificate, which is available from NEBOSH at the price shown in the current publications list. The Guide is recommended reading for all candidates and tutors. In addition, Examiners’ Reports are published following each examination on a ‘national’ date (see Examination Arrangements).
